in game editor?

Hi, i dont want to make a scenario just to add some oil in a game i am playing. Can i do that? is there a way to access the game i am in like you could in civ4 so easily....

yes, you can do that with the live tuner (map tab).

Fire tuner is part of the sdk
So you 've got to dl it from steam (library/tools/Sid meier civilization V SDK)
Launch it and select "Fire tuner" in the popup, then launch your game
You must have both running together
then when you're in a game press Alt+Tab to go to the tuner itself and you've got plenty of options to test

EDIT: I forgot to mention :
You must activate it in "Config.ini" which is located under My documents/My games/SId Meier's Civilization 5

To do that set "Activate firetuner" value to 1
