In Game Movie Problems

I'm having problems viewing wonder and vitory movies while playing the game, the intro cinematic works fine, but once in the game on any resolution the video is VERY choppy. I tried the latest NVIDIA driver, however the problem is still there, also I use the Omega drivers and over clock for even better performance, but like I said with the new NVIDIA drivers ond OC'ing off the problem is still there. BTW the game itself runs great and the 3D works fantastically.

AMD 64 3000
NVIDIA 6800GT
1 gb ram
