incense?

ok, normally i tend to play civs and religions where incense is not a big deal. also, i have not really been playing much lately (not a HUGE fan of the way the game has been simplified).

however in the last few days i played 2 games where i was not able to get incense connected to my cities. is this a known issue? and if its a known issue why was it not hotfixed? incense is needed for many many things in this game and for most of the religions.

You had Philosophy of course? The tech is the prerequisite to use incense, so if you had it there is something wrong.
