Incorrect sorting of "Founded" date column on city list (F1)

When on the city list screen (F1), sorting of the "Founded" date column is incorrect. It appears to be sorted by a traditional string comparison instead of by date. For example, the following dates:

4000 BC
327 BC
29 BC
1 BC
2 AD
34 AD
329 AD

Will be sorted in increasing order as:

1 BC
2 AD
29 AD
327 BC
329 AD
34 AD
4000 BC
