Ini file settings

Can anybody point me to a description of the settings in the ini file? I know of the KeepRes setting.

Specifically, can the startup video be disabled?

I believe you can lose the intro video by taking the intro.bik file out of some folder..not sure which one exactly, as I haven't bothered myself, but have a look around
