What is the best way, to star an war? How many and wich units should i use in an atack?

If you are doing a militaristic or conquest victory condition then you are probably going to want take out as many of the AI's as soon as possible. You can just declare war on a comp, or do what I do sometimes, piss off the comp and tell them to REMOVE YOUR UNITS OR DECLARE WAR! Sometimes if they are mad enough they will declare war by themself. For the units you are probably going to want to use your most advanced unit.

You can just declare war in the diplomacy screen, when you're talking to that civ. How many and which units depends on map size (size of the AI empire) available techs, ditance to the AI, etc. You really need to give some more info to get dependable advice on that subject....
