Everytime I start Civ III, the initial movie that is supposed to play is unclear. The screen looks like it has a horizontal hold problem like an old TV. I know how to disable the movie so it won't play at the beginning of the game, but why should I do this? I want the movie to work.
Is this a problem with Civ III, or the settings on my graphics card?
The game itself is fine.
