'Install Dawn of Civilization.exe' does nothing

Yes.
It does nothing when I try to install the mod by running the exe.

The mod has to be in the BTS/Mods folder of the game.

if the exe not works it like bugged download.

Awww second download did nothing.

The install file has to be a 1.04GB .exe file if it is smaller you have issues. I do got windows defender giving me a message, to not open it (unknown creator) and I got to manual allow, the typical message, so maybe your defender options are auto deny?

Thanks, but again nothing happens. The task manager says the exe is running, but it also says that the exe is doing nothing (using 0% memory, CPU)

Just found out why. A vaccine program was stalling it for the purpose of 'inspection'... And yes of course it never undo the stall... so... Anyway I'm installing the mod with no problem.
