Installing error "ISDone.dll"

Good day guys,

I tried googling the problem, but failed to find a solution. Anyway, whenever I try to install it, this error pops out:

I'm running on Windows 8 and here's my PC specs

I know my PC is quite old in terms of specs but it can still run games like Skyrim (lowest Gfx settings), Dota 2, NBA 2k13, and other Steam games.
