Installing Modpacks

Can anyone tell me how to install modpacks, specifically Eclipse's Middle Earth mod? I have tried pming him and looking for directions but can't find any.

And does anyone know when the final fantasy mod is coming out?

Open the zip folder and extract it to Civ3\Conquests\Scenarios and then play it by going to Civ-Content in the Civ main menu and selecting the biq scenario file.
