InstallShield Wizard Help

I'm attempting to install Civ4 Gold Edition on a Sony Vaio PC.

I'm told that "SONY MPEG2-TS Splitter is preparing the InstallShield Wizard, which will guide you through the rest of the setup process. Please wait."

Then I get a message from the InstallShield Wizard that "The setup has detected that version 2.0.01 of Sony Video Shared Library is already installed."

I click OK, then nothing happens - the install program shuts off.

Any suggestions?

Go to C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information and delete all folders
