Insurrection????

Iam playing with the Babilonians, with the latest patch, and something odd happened , when I tried to take my tanks into my cities they attacked my mech. info defending them, not once, but any time I tried the same happened. Then I took out my defender units from the city and when I told my tank to enter the city it begun to attack my citizens??? cuz there was nobody in there, then after some rounds of fire it entered the city.
Ohhh by the way I have lunched some several tactical nukes and some ICBMs at the moment and I have read some threads talking about workers being attack by there own troops after a nuclear war.
