Interface and Civilopedia problems

I have finally gotten my mod to load properly but now when I start it up and click on the civilopedia, the civilopedia doesn't show up. I also tried to start the game but then there is no interface. Does anyone know why this might be?

There is an error in your Python code somewhere... you can check the My Games/Civilization IV/Logs folder for some clues where to start looking...
