Interface problem

Hey, I've reinstalled today my windows (I upgraded to win7 x64) and installed BTS, no problems, I downloaded GEM and wanted to play a scenario and when the game loads I only get the screen without any bar... So I don't know what I'm researching, how much can I move, what units a have and etc etc, it's unplayable, I've reinstalled GEM and it still didn't work. (It works on normal scenario's and it's not the first time I play a mod but before I had windows xp x32)
I've also downloaded RFC and replaced it and it works fine...
What's the problem and how can I fix it? (On winxp GEM worked...)

PS. I have the 3.19 patch installed.

it is likely a problem with this specific mod then - did you ask in their thread?
