When i try to go to some websites such as Google,Mydownlaods and others this comes up These websites shouldn't be down or anything. Any help would be great

Could be your ISP redirecting you. I put www.mydownloads.com into the browser bar, and it came up with CNET downloads. I've noticed that if you mistype some addresses here lately, you get redirected to a site like this. Maybe the site timed out and it redirected you. . .
Another possibility is that you have installed some software that has hijacked your browser's error page. A lot of P2P clients for example do this. There is a setting somewhere in the browser's preferences for it... or then it's a registry setting, I can't remember. Try running something like Ad-Aware, I think it corrects this issue while removing malware.
