If you are having a Direct X Error in Space Combat
delete your SCD_Effects.txt in the Spreadsheets directory.
(Note: it is for the Space Combat FX 2.0 Mod. All I did was
make the tails on missles longer.)

Fixed Bug where Cynoids would go bankrupt EVERY Auto-run.
Fixed Bug where Polytheist would cause bankruptcy late game earlier.
(Note:Nerfed Polytheist Economic penalty from -25% to -10%)

Changed Marines back to a Level 3 tech.
(but all races will still invent them they have "Keep This")
Made Mob centers a "Keep This" tech to incease invasions.
(it still takes at least 6 turns to build one on a new colony.)
Added Troop Ship As Mission.
Changed Sitrep Graphics.
Changed ground combat color for enemys.
Added a new Bankruptcy Fix.
