Invasion mod

I don't know if this exists already but a mod where the earth is invaded by an advanced race at a certain date mid-game would be pretty cool.

That could be interesting, so long as penalties applied to all civs equally. I suppose the advanced race would be represented as technologically developed barbarians or something.
