As we head towards 2019, I thought it'd be good to get the pulse of the community as it stands.

I put a form together. Almost all questions are optional, and I will share the results with the community

Currently at around ~23 responses so far; keep em coming! Once we have a good sample size (or have waited long enough), I'll publish the data and we can draw conclusions from there
