iron works bug?

My last few games have been occ, so i haven't noticed this untill now, but in my current game i can build an iron works in every city. While i enjoy the massive production bonus to my large empire, it seems a little OP and unintentional.

Sounds like a bug. I have not experienced this.

yea thinking this might be some bug because i know i havn't seen this in any of my games lastly, tho i would of loved to have

Others have reported the same thing.... an obvious bug... see if it's in the bug thread... if not, I'd post a savegame there

I believe that this is not entirely correct. I think that it is giving you the option to move the Ironworks. If you build it in another city, you will find that the old IW has been torn down.
