Irritating small and scattered deserts. Is there a "fix"?

Hello, is there a mod that makes desert forming more rational for Warlords? I find the scattered one to two square deserts strange, since to my knowledge no such deserts exist "in the real world". And also deserts ofter appear right next to a tundra square. So is there such a mod? I ask this only because huge deserts are rare and two horizontal lines of the continents are usually dotted with some small deserts rather than a big one. And this irritates me for some reason
