Is anyone making a WWII or Cold war mod?

I realy loved the WWII and Cold War mods for Civ3, although they ran slow because of the late game end turn slowdown of Civ3 especialy with lots of civs.

But Civ4 does not have that problem. So is anyone working on one such mod for civ4? would love to play it.
