I swear... every game Elizabeth is guaranteed to be the one that mocks me because of my small army, my small empire, my unhappiness... or just tonight I got a new one - my weak economy - ON TURN NINE? Is there like a stat for her in some XML file which makes her a total female dog to everyone? Today she said this on turn nine... turn nine!

Hey, if commercial airliners were flying over your house every 10 minutes, I bet you would be a tad grumpy too. :)

 Oh Great Creator i cant hold my laugh on this

Yes, she always appear cocky and arrogance as the devil.

Yeah, she isn't nice to me too. In my current game she was the first to declare war against me, and the only civ to declare twice! Needless to say, I am crushing her under my boot as we speak.

Same here! She declared on me at around turn 60, even though her army was 1/3 the size of mine and she was halfway across the Pangea landmass... she finally showed up a dozen turns later with a few swordsmen which where quickly taken care of.

Looking at her major civ aproach flavors it seems that she has both the lowest "friendly" flavor and the highest "hostile" flavor of all leaders. Her "friendly" flavor is 4 (tied for lowest with Oda, Montezuma, and Augustus) and her "hostile" flavor is 7 (tied for higest with Alexander and Ramses). She also has the second higest "WarmongerHate" (only Ramkhamheang has higher than her).

I was playing as china and she was quite nice to me. We had open boarders, research agreements and resource sharing for centuries. She never declared war on me.

Is she realy not that nice to me was she alway's nice until I did go undermine her with a pact of secrecy and letting others declare war on her:D.
And after that yes she was not any more nice and she tried to squash me and 10 turns later I did just take her capital and did win:D.

So am I now the only one she was nice to a player?

She's nice till she settles right on your borders and immediately declares war! It doesn't help that her UU pretty much gives her a free win vs any AI she goes to war against in the classical/medieval period(cant remember if crossbows require medieval). Her and Hiawatha seem to be the strongest AIs vs other AIs.

I've seen her in most of my games. Aside from my latest; when I've already already conquered my home continent and was vastly superior to all others (science, culture, or military). She has just been a click through and F you. (**** censorship)

My last game put 5 civs(including my own) on the same continent.
Lizzy is far away. Roughly 10 turns for a scout to get there.

We are on pretty equal footing all around. She seems to love me in this game...well, she loves my proposals. The England AI doesn't do anything than offer open boarders and research agreements. She hasnt even asked me to go to war with her enemies.

I think it's a matter of distance.

Unlike civ 4... "You're a diff religion?!?!?! I killz you!!!!!!!!!!"

In 5, I only see her worry about other nations. OFC spawn locations will affect this.
But to answer the OP, yes. She can be nice.

ah swears arent even **** on this board. Just gone like they never happened.... yeah great. You know there is so many kids playing this complicated game...nah, they are all playing halo. WTH.

Maybe it's a woman thing. Catherine plonked a settler close to my borders - a few turns later I get the "stop building close to my borders" message, and then a short while after a DoW.

"Would you be interested in TRADE agreement with ENGland? ..."

[Rustles pearls]

 also the "duuung duuung duuung" music background, its seems like dejavu for me. And she will add this unfair trade offer that is no need to consider to be reject.

But hey, i love her in one thing, she so fond with city, she will give anything, really anything, to buy a city.

No wonder she barter Bengkulu with Singapore, and Hongkong for chinese debt.

My last game, which is weeks ago, i was at war with her. Ah i really miss my game.

It's not a woman thing. It's a ciV AI thing.

 is there any chance Nunya if the devs set that traits or behavoir because they think its fit for "woman" leader?

just wondering :p

Alright later on she offers me a pact of cooperation for some odd reason, I accept it because I hope it will delay a DOW so I can build up my economy and military. After about 5 turns of cooperation, she cancels it because "I was dealing with city states that were within her sphere of influence"... even though I had been dealing with those city states since turn 30. Of course, she declares war on me no more than 10 turns later.

it seems like she playing u fire cat. :D

In my current game it's about turn 90 and I crushed Russia with 2 Horsemen and a GG, so Lizzy goes all "OMFG you are a warmongering douche!" Then declares on me and gets America and The Natives to declare on me as well. Well it turns out that they have maybe 4 Spearmen between the 3 of them. The rest is warriors and Archers. Versus 2 Drill 3 and Blitz Mongolian Horsemen, and 2 newly bought Horsemen with 2 GGs. What a silly lady she is.
