Is it possible to disable civilizations in the lobby?

I would rather not want players to select American civilizations on the European maps.

You could make a sub mod that adjusts the configuration settings and removes your specified leaders/civilizations.

This is in my "to do" since the mod is overriding the advanced setup screen, "just" need to code my own random function to work with a checked "blacklist" of Civilizations (well more probably Leaders the way the config file are working), similar to the CS selection list.
