Is it possible to get the free building from a wonder if you already own the building

If you didn't get my question, I'm asking that if your city already has a Library and then finishes building the GL, will it get the free Library in addition?

An ideal way to test this out would be to start a quick duel map game as Egypt with legendary start. Rush buy or build a Library depending on how much gold/production you have. Choose Tradition > Aristocracy for an added boost, beeline to Writing (Get Mining first if you have lots of forests you can chop for faster build time.) and build the Great Library to see what happens to your existing Library.

My first post-patch game, I built a library then followed with The Great Library. (I hadn't paid attention and didn't realize you got a free one.) On the turn that I built the GL, my library in the city had (FREE) next to it on the city screen. I'm not sure if this means maintenance-free or what.
