Like MP3 songs during gameplay? Is that possible?
Is it possible to put custom music in the game?

try to look at this folder:
sid meier's civilization v\Assets\Sounds\Streamed\Music\
or just
sid meier's civilization v\Assets\Sounds\
I think that first folder has music for every country divided in 4 cultures. Inside each divider there are war music, peace music and either(???) music.
Second folder contains all sounds
I think that you will need to convert your mp3 music into .ogg music
