Is it possible to save Multiplayer games?

Or is it planned to be included in a future patch? Its a pretty integral feature to me and my friends, as we don't have that much time to spend gaming per day.

Yes, save and restore of multiplayer games works fine. We tested that thoroughly last night.

Specifically, Ctrl + s brings up the save interface. I do not see a menu link for it though.
