Is Saints row for XBOX-360 any good?

Im thinking of getting it.

I heard it was a grand theft auto clone but to me thats a good thing.

Only problem is the company that makes it usually makes crappy games (THQ). So im hesitent to buying it.

It is a GTA clone, so if you like to shoot things, pick up hookers, and generally break the law, it's worth the buy.

Tim Buckly, the creator of Ctrl + Alt + Delete seems to like it.

I'll admit that's the only reveiw I've read. But it doesn't sound bad.

I have that game. Thing of it like an expansion pack to Grand Theft Auto, pretty much the same except new missions, a new area, and new things to do. I would reccomend getting it especially because it has the best online play of any 360 game yet.

The online play is broken and buggy actaully, but ok....

I bought it yesterday. Good so far. It seems to me like GTA with a better physics engine. There are alot of nice touches (the rag doll body movement is nice, as well as being able to hide behind car doors) I think pretty much everyone will look on this game as an indication of what GTA will look like for the 360 which seems a very good thing indeed

I also like the gang wars, they seem more developed than in San Andreas

Actually, although sometimes it can be a bit laggy, it is not broken and is very fun. Also in a week or so they are going to release a patch to fix the lag.

I saw an add for it on TV, it shows a (naturaly) scantily clad woman with an accent (while arming a gun) "That's jwust pwecious" in some accent.

I like that accent.
