Is stonehenge underpowered?

Well, I remember how early in G&K Stonehenge gave 6 :c5faith: AND 2 :c5culture:. Perhaps it seems a little bit underpowered compared to that, but I think it's still pretty strong, though I don't personally tend to go for it.

Stonehenge is a decent wonder if you want a religion - shrines won't cut it. However, it's not THE early wonder to me - usually I go for The Hanging Gardens first to secure good growth and faster GP generation in my capital.

Compared to some of the other early game wonders it seems a little to one dimensional. Thoughts?

No way. Stonehenge is the fastest route to a religion, and religion can do any number of things. It can also be a great way for a Tall empire to keep up with a Wide empire on faith generation. Now, in Vanilla Civ, it was definitely one dimensional, all it did was give 5 Culture, but Stonehenge gives 5 Faith at a time when Faith is hard to come by, and can be built alongside shrines and temples, making it quite powerful.
