Well considering there would be no life without sugar, I would like sugar.

I actually am pretty much on the Atkin's Diet, it's not that I'm trying to lose wieght (I've actually been trying to eat more carbs to gain wieght) but I just don't have much of a sweet tooth. I just love meat and veggies much more than fruits and grain products.

I have no problem to eat sweets some times, not always. If one eats all things without overconsuming each, I see no problem(especially if one does some kind of exersice).

a sugar lamb attacked my sister once, and she spent months in the Kebab shop trying to recover.

It should be possible to get all ones carbohydrates from starch.

That said, you're gonna end up with a messed up diet if you want to avoid sugar. No fruit, to begin with.


Needless to say, I'm much in favour of sugar, fat and calories in general.
