Is the Civ V Mod Hub Still Working?

After the recent patch was released, when I started Civ V and went to the mod hub to see if anyone had released updated mods afterwards, it was completely blank and showed no mods available at all - weird!!!!

A couple of days afterwards, it started showing mods as being once again available for download, but showed that the most recent mod was uploaded on February 23rd, and it is still showing that status to me tonight.

Is this correct? Is everyone else seeing the same lack of recent mods, or is my game install somehow messed up?

Modders can't access their gamespy accounts (through which they upload mods to the mod browser)since the 23rd.
2K is aware of the problem.

I believe I read somewhere that it was solved now, but I myself am still experiencing problems and last time I checked, there were still no new mods uploaded.

They resolved the capacity to upload, but seems like they forgot to make sure the uploads were going somewhere.
