Is the saved game unhappiness bug back?

Since the latest patch I have a game I reloaded from quicksave where my unhappiness was 23. I know for sure it was less than 10 when I saved. I only have the post save file but might be able to upload a close autosave. I thought this bug had been fixed or was I amazingly lucky up until this last save?

This is caused by a rebalancement of the game. Happiness/Unhappiness modifiers have been changed.
I don't think it's going to be fixed, since it only affects old saves.
Perhaps, a good modder could let you "adjust" this save, by adding enough extra happiness to compensate the effects of the rebalancement.
