If you select the Honor Social Policy (forget the name) which grants 10% attack strength to adjecent units .....
when you attack a unit, does it not display in the combat odds as a modifier ?
I have selected it, had units next to each other, but do not see the 10% added. I see (for example) the 20% a Great General provides, but never the 10%.
Is this a bug? Do I not understand how it works?
Any ideas ? thanks!
