Is there a free program that tests graphic cards

Hi guys just wanted to know if theres a free program that tests your graphics card for problems i have one for testing the ram and processor if there is one could someone give me a link so i can test my card for faults. thanks

You may want to try ATITool.

It is overclocking tool designed for ATI card. It have artifact detector to check GPU and memory at certain speed.
