Graphical and UI fixes and changes
-Fixed Etheopia's Color to closer resemble green-red instead of dark-green red.
-Fixed Korea's Color to be lighter and easier on the eye.

-Declaring War will halt all previous commanded actions.
-You can now ask an AI to stop spreading religion the moment a religious unit enters your borders.
-Fixed a bug where built improvements would not immediately be shown graphically.
-New toggles for message pop-ups are available in the options menu, you can now enable popups for border expansion.
-Greatly Increased all airplanes' animation speed.
-Task tracking / next turn button will now ignore animations that are still playing.
-You can now (again) enable turn timer in single player advanced options.

Bugfixes
-Fixed a bug where a newly grown population's tile yield would be accounted for within that same turn.
-Fixes a bug where reconnected players would not regain control until their next turn.
-Fixed a bug where an unmet AI would know that you lied or betrayed someone.
-Fixed a bug where sometimes the AI would apologise for spying on you on their turn after you already confronted the AI on spying on you on your turn.
-Fixed a bug where trades with AI in small amounts would sometimes favor the player.
-Fixed a bug where Iroquois' roads would not attach to forest tiles.
-Increased the amount of buildings that can be sold that were accidently left unsellable.

Gameplay Changes
-Citystates will now be peaceblocked for 10 turns after you declared war on them.
-Annexed cities will now provide the same amount of unhappiness as puppeted cities while in resistance.
-Warmonger diplomacy penalties for taking cities now dissolves over time.
-Moving over a river now only costs 1 additional movement point instead of all movement points.
-Increased the amount of fish spawning in coast tiles by 30%.
-AI you are friendly with will now sometimes give in to demands.
-The EXP limit on fighting with barbarians now also applies to fighting with city states.
-Cities in Resistance will no longer lose Population upon being recaptured.
-At the start of the game you are now granted 4 tiles of vision around your starting settler. This vision ignores difficult terrain.
-AI will no longer be mad about you voting no on banning luxuries you have or voting no on embargoing yourself.
-Fortifying units will no longer grant any bonuses until the end of your turn.
-Great Merchants no longer share the same Great Person pool with Great engineers and Great scientists.
-Venice can now Annex their new Capital city after losing the city of Venice.
Difficulty Changes
-Instead of free technologies, Higher difficulty AI now start with 1/3/4/5 free social policies.
-Higher difficulty AI no longer start with an additional settler, unless they take the liberty policies with their free policies that provide a free settler.
-Higher difficulty AI now gain 10%/25%/35%/50% bonus to global science.
-The gold gained from clearing a Barbarian Camp is no longer reduced with higher difficulty.
Main Balance Changes
-Plantations on luxury resources gold yield increased to +2 gold from +1 gold.
-Completing Tradition no longer grants +15% growth in first four cities.
-Observatory science yield reduced to +35% from +50%, city now needs to be only within 2 tiles of a mountain instead of adjacent to a mountain.
-National college science yield reduced to +3/+35% from +3/+50%.
-Poland will now only gain a free social policy every other era, instead of every era.
-Babylon's free great scientist is now delayed to Theology instead of Writing.
-Korea now only gets +2 science from culture generating specialists instead of all specialists. (great tile improvement bonus remains unchanged)
-Germany boosted camp conversion rate to 100% from 67%.
-Palace now starts with an additional Great work of Art slot.
War Balance Changes
-Increased base city defense from technology removed, City defense gained from population increased.
-Non-siege ranged units now deal 30% less damage to cities.
-Swordsman strength increased to 15 from 14 (including replacing UUs).
-Gatling Gun strength/attack lowered to 28/28 from 30/30.
-Camel Archers ranged attack lowered to 17 from 21 and strength lowered to 14 from 17.
