If your trouble is Babylonia constantly beating you to the great pyramids, then:
Don't settle your capital until you've sneaked the starting warrior past indie Jesusalem. Then keep harassing them with that warrior and you can delay their resource hook-up for a good deal of turns.

Found your capital 1N of the spawning position, so you can work the Wheat immediately. Once you've build the 'Mids and Sphinx settler Ra-Kedet on the Alexandria tile. You should be able to chop the G Lighthouse there so don't waste your Engineer if you get one. If you get a prophet and missed the Sphinx you can settle it though. The second culture condition can be met either by using a Great Prophet to create a great work with the Sphinx or by conquering the Near East

IMHO the hardest is the third UHV, because it need a GA, not so easy to get.
There are two strategies. 1) go for maximize GA probability. 2) try to get culture without GA.
I was able to win in both ways.

Research only what you need to build wonders.
Exchange tech you do not need.

You also have to face with barbarian archers that spawn several time anyware, and you need some chariots to get rid of them.
Last, you will be attacked by Greeks and Romans with two stacks of one catapult and two units.
You'll need a catapult to weak them and some veteran chariots to defeat.
Be prepared.

Build Piramids it's a matter of luck. If you fail, restart.
