Is there a way to change the default city screen music?

Well, not really music. That's kind of why I'd like to change it/see it changed. Changing it to your Civ's theme would be great, especially since I'm usually too zoomed out to hear the music whilst hovering over cities.
So...anyone know how this might be done?
