Is there a way to redirect save games?

The short end of this: I'm playing at work (when I have downtime); and all our document files are saved out on a network. Civ4 can't see that network; so everytime I load a game; I gotta tell it to go to E:\saves\ etc... Half the time it won't do an autosave either

Is there a way of setting where the same gave files are? I've tried everything I can think of; and everytime the game starts up - it resets everything back to the network


Any help?

Could place a shortcut to your save file on the desktop (and always save under the same file name so you never need a new shortcut. Or just have a shortcut to the savegame folder). Clicking a savegame launches that savegame.

Thanks I actually found it tho; there's a command you can add on the shortcut - something like /altpath=c:\whatever - It actually does basically what I wanted
