Is there a working Multiplayer?

I am likely just doing a bad job searching for it, but how do I play VP in Hotseat? I know I had years ago, but I don't recall what mod I put in to allow me to do that.

Yes. I know I had installed some mod a long time ago on a past version of VP that allowed for Hot Seat to run without issue. Even had a Multiplayer button on the screen that comes up after the mod screen. It was pretty convenient. No idea what mod it was though or if it's still compatible with the current VP.
