Is there anyway to rename a Religion you created?

Just created a Religion. Nice touch by the way, I hadn`t bothered with religions until now. But I forgot to name the Religion, so it`s just named it `Taoism.` It really isn`t Taoism.

Is there anyway to rename this?

Not after you've already founded it, sorry. You have to edit it when you first found it as far as I know. You MIGHT rename it when you enhance it, but I'm not sure as I've never tried
