I see zero difference here. People hate Trump therefore he is a mental defective.

Except that his own staff frequently worry about him being removed on mental health grounds via the 25th amendment.

And we are dealing with it. There isn't an election right now so all we can do is whine and rally.

Here's a clue: Antipathy and disgust are not qualifiers to invoke the 25th.

Imho, unless Trump starts having public conversations with potted plants and slinging his own feces around, trying to get him out of office like that would be widely (and imho correctly) perceived as establishment's coup. I'm afraid it would be far more damaging to democracy than anything he could achieve on his own.

Trump has been claiming the 'deep state' has been trying to enact a coup since he got elected. Nothing will changed that polarization. Meanwhile the Republicans have executed a slow motion coup that has illegally captured the entire government.
Gerrymandering the hell out of the states
Stole a SCOTUS nomination
Committed treason to get Russian help to win the election

The voice of reason.

The most important aspect of doing a mental competency exam is a deliberate process ie methodical and slow by design. To invoke such a process using the 25th would be painfully slow because otherwise it would be a coup d'etat. There can be no partisanship in such a decision.

What is silly is thinking that posting on a forum and venting frustration has any effect on Trump or that it empowers you.

If you feel he is impaired, and you are a qualified psychiatrist, then you could buy a plane ticket to Washington, and Democrat leadership will be only too glad to add your name as a reference.

If not, then nothing will happen.
