I got the game but am having problems downloading it. I emailed Striq about it. Also, I have substantial real life things going on as I am getting married on Saturday! So there may be a lag for about a week after that.

For whoever ... the turn has been stuck since July !!!
Just a note; the email that was sent around had wrong addresses for striq and LadyI, so they probably never got it. I think thats the case anyway, I replied to the mail using the "reply to all" options (without editing any addresses of course), and afterwards i got two "System delivery failure" messages. "Hotmail" was misspelled "hotimal" i think...

Any comment or is this now officially RIP I'd join if we start again. I enjoy the scenario.
Also, I'd like to suggest to play it as "always war" (meaning everyone has to be at war at all times after they've met). We're playing this style in another PBEM, and i find it very enjoyable. (This is no doubt du to the fact that in other games I've often fallen behind after a while because I can't be bothered with all the e-mail negotiations and secret pacts.)
It's only a suggestion if others are up for it. I'd join either way.
