Hey y’all, I'm new to CIV modding and stuff, so, I definitely need your help

Having a problem with "extra +1 Amenity for each luxury resource" and "any Trade Route provides +1 Faith and +1 Production":



The problem is... that they doesn't seem to be working at all.

So...



I found out that the modifier is used for "Gifts for Tlatoani" to Aztecans





hmmm... either way, is there any way (sorry for the tautology)
to implement "extra +1 Amenity for each luxury resource" and "any Trade Route provides +1 Faith and +1 Production" bonuses for civ? Any tips?
