It is ADM variable for Civilization along game?

ADM figures aside civilization name into INFO BOX, Aztecs Republic{5.4.0} is continuoslly changing in value.{4.6.1} or any others figures. Exist any explanation? Please I didnt found in manual or forums. Angel Gonzalez Costa Rica

Those figures refer to the tax, science and luxury rates, which can be changed in the Civ screen [F1]. They will always add up to 100%
