Its a Graphics question

Hello there, Iam new to the whole editing civ using new unit graphics. I have in my hast to master this art, downloaded quite a few unit(some with/without sound, icons and or music). I however have not masterd the unit_32 thing... I have all the units from their zip files placed in my art/units file... I do not understand how to get new units into the units_32 file. I have read some about this subject but have been unable to find the solution on my own. Sorry if this question has become redundent, or if I asked it in the wrong forum, this is only my second post. so far I am still numb to find all this stuff, thinking not that many people played this game.

In a graphics editor copy and paste the units_32.pcx for each unit in to the units_32.pcx in the ../art/units folder.
