Hey I bought the Complete Edition of Civ 4 and I installed the whole thing and it auto-ran Colonization. I uninstalled Colonization and now it only lets me pick "install" on the auto run. So i try to get into my folders to create a shortcut to the normal Civ 4 (was not given any) and I can only find Sid Meier's Civilization IV Colonization in the Program Files leading to Sid Meier's Civilization IV Comp Ed. So I uninstall the whole thing and install Civ 4 but when it starts installing Colonization I hit 'cancel' and nothing gets installed. I am on Vista and have read many topics that go over this problem and none have found a solution. Please tell me someone knows one?

ATTENTION TO ALL WHO HAVE THIS PROBLEM! I have accidentally found a solution to this issue. First, uninstall the entire game if you haven't yet. The game might only let you uninstall if you remove the CD from your computer. Anyways, this time install through "custom install". Choose your directory to be "Program Files" instead of what it asks you to do, and then when it starts to install Colonization simply hit cancel. It will say "Cancel the setup?" and you will click yes. Then go to Computer-->Program Files-->Civilization4 (choose the Application)

Your set to go! So happy this is all settled for Vista users!
