I've got an 850 point lead at turn 250 on king. Am I coasting to a win or can the AI catch up?

I realize there's not a lot of data to go on, but in general, will any of the AI be able to surprise me?

If you are playing 12-15 build with default handicap params then AI should start to get more bonuses in later eras. Let’s see if it is enough to catch you.

Points doesn't mean anything. They only thing that matters is how many techs and policies you have and the difference between you and AI

I had significantly more of everything than the AI, including cities, units, money. I'm on turn 300 or so, and every turn takes about 4 minutes, but if I'd realized how much tourism I was producing from historic events and had taken dictatorship of the proletariat instead of the one that lets you rush spaceship parts with engineers, I'd be finished. The tourism is almost entirely from having 400 faith a turn and automatically buying a great person every 5 turns, in addition to the ones I am naturally spitting out.
