That mod was highlighting the affected tiles with purple hexes while hovering over the constructable buildings in the city view. Can't find it again, that mod was making my gameplay very smooth and I'm missing it so much , plz help
It's actually not a mod, it's an option in the interface menu (when you use EUI?) you can tick.
(It was turned off by default because it was causing memory crashes for some people)
