Is he using "they" to mean plural or as a means to not give away whether it's a female or male leader?

Vietnam's capital is Thang Long, while Kublai's capital as Mongolia is Xanadu.

No Economic Victory though... Still pretty good.

Preserve coming out of the left field as a new district. Pretty cool though. It seems they've noticed a lot of players like their Natural Park building, and they are doubling down on it. Bull Moose Teddy is going to love it.

Industry and Corporations seems like yet another mega output boost, but with a more complicated implementation. We'll see how it plays.

I am happy I was wrong, but I don't understand why RF is required for this Leader. Those without RF will not have access to Kublai unless the requirement changed (which I guess is possible).

Wouldn't it make sense to add Kublai, after all the alt leaders are in terms of the database seperate leaders anyway.

Welp, seems that they went for the double leader with Kublai. Also, the video seems to more or less confirm that his leader ability is giving you a Eureka and Inspiration when you finish a trading post for the first time in a civ.

It's men acting out the Leader, so I doubt it'll be a woman though. Guerilla tactics are another thing to consider. Temper too... Is there anyone in Vietnamese history that was known for guerilla tactics, is revered as a national hero, while also having a massive temper?

It is possible that Kublai (China) is available without R&F. I am sure they will clarify in the first look.
