Jebel Barkal

From their descriptions at the end, it sounded more like it gave faith to desert tiles within a range (since they were talking about having an Uluru+Petra+Jebel Barkal city), so I'm guessing it will be something like +faith to all desert tiles within a 6 tile range.

I know it's to do with tile placement rules, but it really bugs me that you somehow construct a mountain out of thin air to put these wonders on.

Jebel Barkal (along with the Potala Palace, Cristo Redentor and Petra) really should be required to be placed on a mountain tile.
But Potala is not on a mountain, it's really a hI'll not even 100 m above Lhasa.

There's no strategy putting a wonder in a place where you can't put literally anything else (except maybe national park).

I hear you, @Uberfrog . Something stinks about having Wonders that go on mountains (or at least large outcroppings of rock) and a system of placing Wonders on tiles, but not being able to place said Wonders on mountain tiles. I hope they can at least manage to rectify this when and if Machu Pichu gets added to the game.
