JFDLC / Rise to Power compatibility

On the discord server it says they are compatible, but I haven't managed to make the latest beta work with JFDLC. The things that are broken atm is the policy tree, all trees besides progress having no policies to select and some techs missing(example no sailing, nor fishing tech), civilopedia is not working in any shape or form and some civs have no or only one UC(example spain only having the UU). The early game tree is reverted to vanilla it seems and only late game having the VP order of techs. I am posting this here since the JFDLC thread is closed atm for whatever reason, and I've seen JFD around in the compatibility thread.

Last time someone had a problem like this, he was not on the last Rise to Power version avalaible.

Ill look into it if it is so. I have downloaded the version from google drive, maybe it is not the right one
